Do you feel disconnected from your body or from what truly matters to you?​

Many of us live mostly in our heads, carrying tension without always knowing why. Over time, this can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, our values, and our sense of meaning.

​

“Come Home to Yourself” is a 2-hour embodied wellbeing workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and gently reflect on what matters most to you.

​

Through The Home Space Method, we’ll integrate:
• Evidence-based psychological tools
• Embodied dance and movement practices
• Practices to understand and regulate the Nervous System 
• Values reflection and self-compassion 
• Improvised movement and free writing

​

The workshop is gentle, trauma-informed, and held in a small group.

​

Dates and Location: Dates are to be confirmed. The workshop will take place on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, starting from January or February 2026. Sessions will be held in Hampstead, London, and/or online, depending on participants’ preferences. Final dates, venues, and the booking form will be shared with those who have expressed their interest.


✨ Everyone is welcome and no previous experience os needed.
